- Day 1
- Introductions and course briefing material
- Power point presentation to establish a base line of understanding practical training
- Detailed table top discussion on building your home defense plans and objectives
- Instructor led tactical instruction with practical applications
- Expanding reps of scenario based training with debriefs
- Day 2
- Recap day 1
- Instructor led basic marksmanship and fundamental instruction
- Baseline fundamental range drills
- Defensive shooting and target acquisition under pressure range drills
- Use of cover and concealment while engaging range drills
- Low – light techniques range drills
- Full course debrief
- Course debriefing material and certifications
- Equipment needed:
- Home defense weapon (pistol / rifle / shotgun)
- If pistol; holster is needed
- Eye pro
- Ear pro
- Hat or head cover with a brow rim
- Proper clothing (no shorts)
- Boots or proper footwear (no sandals, crocs, or open toed shoes)
- Ammunition for your specific home defense weapon
